Personal Data Processing Policy
1. General Provisions
This personal data processing policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (hereinafter — the Personal Data Law) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by Bobrova Viktoria Sergeevna (hereinafter — the Operator).
1.1The Operator considers the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the protection of privacy, personal and family secrets, as the main goal and condition of its activities.
1.2This Operator’s Policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website: https://leadcorejob.com/en.

2. Basic Concepts Used in the Policy

3. Main Rights and Obligations of the Operator
3.1. The Operator has the right to:
  • receive truthful information and/or documents containing personal data from the data subject;
  • in case the data subject withdraws consent to processing, continue processing without consent if there are grounds provided by the Personal Data Law;
  • independently determine the necessary and sufficient measures to ensure compliance with the obligations established by the Personal Data Law.
3.2. The Operator is obliged to:
  • provide the data subject with information about the processing of their data upon request;
  • organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • respond to inquiries of data subjects or their legal representatives;
  • notify the authorized body for the protection of personal data rights upon request;
  • publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to this Policy;
  • take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, copying, distribution, or any unlawful actions;
  • stop the transfer and processing of personal data in cases provided by the Personal Data Law.

4. Rights and Obligations of Personal Data Subjects

  • require clarification, blocking, or deletion of incorrect or irrelevant data;
  • set conditions of prior consent for marketing purposes;
  • withdraw consent to processing;
  • appeal to authorized bodies or courts regarding unlawful actions or inaction of the Operator;
  • exercise other rights established by law.
4.2. Obligations of data subjects:
  • provide the Operator with accurate data;
  • inform the Operator about updates or changes of their data.
4.3. Persons providing false data or data of third parties without consent bear responsibility in accordance with the law.

5. Principles of Personal Data Processing
Processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.
  • Processing is limited to specific and legitimate purposes.
  • Incompatible processing with declared purposes is not allowed.
  • Only necessary data is processed.
  • Data must be accurate and, if necessary, up-to-date.
  • Data is stored no longer than necessary.

6. Purposes of Processing
Purpose: providing the User access to services, information, and materials on the website.
Processed data: first name, last name, patronymic, email address, phone numbers.
Legal basis: Federal Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Protection of Information” №149-FZ.
Types of processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, destruction, and anonymization.

7. Conditions of Processing
Processing is carried out with the consent of the subject or when necessary for:
  • compliance with law,
  • contract execution,
  • protection of rights of Operator or third parties,
  • public interest,
  • mandatory publication as required by law.

8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Processing
The Operator ensures the security of personal data by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures.
  • Data is never transferred to third parties without legal grounds or consent.
  • Users can update their data by sending an email to hrleadcorejob@gmail.com with the subject “Personal Data Update.”
  • Users may withdraw consent by sending an email to the same address with the subject “Withdrawal of Consent for Personal Data Processing.”
  • Data collected by third-party services (payment systems, communication tools, etc.) is processed according to their privacy policies.
  • The Operator ensures confidentiality of personal data.

9. Actions with Personal Data
The Operator performs: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

10. Cross-Border Transfer
Before transferring data internationally, the Operator notifies the authorized body and obtains necessary information from foreign entities.

11. Confidentiality
The Operator and other persons with access to data are obliged not to disclose it to third parties without consent unless permitted by law.
